Summer is just around the corner, and we would love for you to be part of something special with us! We’re looking for women who are ready to commit to simple, life-giving fitness rhythms this summer. Our Friday morning classes are designed to be both empowering and approachable—helping you build confidence with foundational strength training movements, while keeping things fresh and fun so no workout ever feels boring. This is about so much more than exercise. It’s about showing up for yourself, growing stronger (inside and out), and being part of a supportive, encouraging community of women. Here’s what we have planned: • 8 summer sessions • Fridays in June + the first 4 Fridays in July from 6:45 AM- 7:30 AM (45 minutes) • $160 total (come to as many as you can!) • A fun coffee and breakfast celebration on that final Friday on July 31st ☕ Our Fitness Classes delivers a powerful mix of training styles designed to keep you motivated and progressing. Each class combines multiple training styles boxing, HIIT, mobility, pyramid training, partner workouts, heavy lifting, circuits, plyometrics, balance, and bilateral training. Every session challenges you to move better, get stronger, and leave feeling accomplished.
