What to Expect

Come exactly as you are - you belong here. The women in this community are something special, and we've intentionally cultivated a space where you'll feel truly welcomed from the moment you walk in.

Each 45-minute class blends a variety of training styles, including boxing, HITT, mobility, pyramid training, partner workouts, heavy lifting, circuits, plyometrics, balance, pure barre, and bilateral training. Every session is designed to help you move better, build strength, and leave feeling revived - inside and out. â€‹Please bring a water bottle, a mat, one heavy set of dumbbells, and one light set of dumbbells to each class (unless otherwise noted).

 

This is more than just a workout -it's a reset for your day. You'll leave feeling stronger in every way.
