Let’s get ready to strengthen our bodies from the ground up! This invigorating Total-Body workout is designed to enhance your everyday strength and mobility. It  will focus on building strong, functional movements that you can incorporate into your daily activities. 

 

This workout consists of 6 PODs, each containing 3 exercises - totaling 18 exercises. You’ll complete each POD for two rounds before moving on to the next. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest before transitioning to the next exercises. After finishing each POD, take a 30-second break before moving on to the next POD.
